Abigail Klemm is a Virginia Native and a Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University alumni ( GO HOKIES!! ) where she received her Bachelors of Science in Animal and Poultry Sciences with a minor in Agricultural Economics. She has worked as an intern at an equine show barn post-grad and moved on to work as a veterinary assistant at a mixed animal practice for the last two years. While working at the mixed animal practice, she learned everything from patient care and surgery to lab equipment maintence and lab techniques. Working as a veterinary assistant, Abigail's passion for patient care and client education deepened. She has now since decided decided to go back to school at Purdue University to work towards her license in Veterinary Nursing. Outside of the clinic, Abigail enjoys hiking, running, reading, cooking/baking and spending time adventuring with her dog, Archie and cat, Percy.
